Our fire hose boxes are made with hot compressing process with powerful hydraulic pressing machine.

The new production process makes the GRP much higher density than traditional handmade GRP boxes, so the boxes are very strong. And the surface is very smooth, much better than traditional handmade GRP boxes, while total cost is similar.

The fire hose boxes are available in various sizes.

650 x 560 x 190MM, wall thickness 5MM, intended for 30 Meter length fire hoses.
590 x 470 x 170MM, wall thickness 3MM, intended for 20 Meter length fire hoses.
560 x 540 x 150MM, wall thickness 5MM, intended for 20 Meter length fire hoses.

Product feature and application

GPR boxes are perfect in UV protection and with extremely good aging performance, so they are especially suitable for marine environment. That why most of the life raft canisters are also made with GRP material.

We provide several optional configurations for the fire hose boxes.

Such as:

Fire hose reels inside made with stainless steel or coated carbon steel.

Other optional items: Fire nozzle bracket, Spanner bracket.

The unique design makes it can be opened very quickly in an emergency and can be located quickly with the easy found "F" logo white color on the red cover.

All our fire hose boxes are 100% inspected to be free of manufacturing defects.

Deliver, shipping and service

Each one or two pieces packed in a carton. A few cartons packed on a pallets, wrapped with PE film.

Whole pallets of goods are fixed with tightened strap.

Q: What are the payment terms of EMF Marine?

A: Normally T/T 100% in advance for small orders. T/T 30% against order and balance before shipment for large orders. But we can discuss on special payment terms for some special orders.

Q: What are your general delivery terms?

A: EXW, FOB are the general terms we offer. CIF, FCA is less and less offered due to quick changes on freight in current unstable shipping market.
