Design of

safety lock

The lamps are equipped with safety locking screws to ensure that they are not opened in flammable or explosive places. Only when the power is turned off by a designated person using a dedicated wrench can the lamp cover be opened in a safe place (the spare hexagonal wrench should be kept by a designated person).

Notes for Attention

1. The lamp should be stopped from use if the following situations occur: deformation or cracks are found on the shell, severe scratches or damages are observed on the cover and the threads on the shell, or cracks are present on the glass.

2. It is prohibited to modify the explosion-proof lamp at will or interchange its parts at will.

3. It is not suitable for use in strong magnetic fields, strong acids, or strong alkalis.

4. When not in use for a long time, the battery should be removed to prevent the battery medium from corroding the lamp.

5. The normal service life of this product is three years. Beyond this period, it should be used at reduced capacity.

Special Note

Both products should be properly maintained after use. Battery replacement and bulb replacement are required:

1) When replacingthe battery, the power supply should be turned off first. Then, loosen the safety lock screw, remove the lamp cap, take out the battery for replacement.

2) When replacing the bulb, the power supply should be turned off as well. Put the lamp cap back on the bulb, remove the old bulb, and install the new one. Then, assemble it in the far method.

Note: The battery or bulb can only be replaced by opening the cover after the power supply is turned off in a safe place. After installation, the safety lock screw must be tightened, the lamp head cover must be properly installed and removed, and the explosion-proof thread must not be damaged. Ensure that it is clean and lubricated. Only then can the cover be opened.
