Product Introduction
According to the requirements of the SOLAS convention and IMO regulations, it has the functions of water tightness, buoyancy and heat preservation. It is equipped with a plastic warning whistle and a position indicating light, to be worn without a life jacket. It protects the whole body except the face, and is suitable for ships sailing in various navigation areas, oil platforms. The product has been MED approved by DNV.

Product feature and application
- It is a life-saving garment. It has enough buoyancy when worn on the body. Inherently buoyancy, can be used without lifejacket.
- And the special design makes sure 100% that that the face of the person who falls into the water can upwards from the water.
- Main performance: The body temperature does not fall more than 2 degree after immersion in zero Celsius degree water for 6 hours.

The Immersion Suit is made of 5mm thick neoprene composite material, equipped with a life jacket light, whistle, buddy line and pull loop, watertight zippers. All kinds of warm clothes can also be worn inside the immersion suit, so the heat preservation performance is excellent, especially suitable for various water operations with low water temperature, and has the function of waterproof and heat preservation.
Design structure: It has buoyancy and is designed as a SOLAS immersion suit that does not need to wear a life jacket;
Insulation performance: after 6 hours in calm circulating water at 0°C~+2°C, the temperature drop does not exceed 2°C;

A: We offer MED B and D approval by DNV or RINA as per Directive 2014/90/EU on marine equipment (MED).
Q: Can immersion suits be worn by Infants or children?
A: Yes, there are immersion suits available specifically designed for infants and children, considering their smaller size and different safety requirements.
Q: Can immersion suits be worn over clothes?
A: Yes, immersion suits are typically designed to be worn over other clothing to provide an additional insulating layer. But make sure there's no sharp object on the clothing which may destroy the immersion suits. Once the immersion suits fabric is destroyed, it will be no longer water proof and may cause cold water flow inside the suits and cause harm to the wearer.
Q: What are the payment terms of EMF Marine?
A: Normally T/T 100% in advance for small orders. T/T 30% against order and balance before shipment for large orders. But we can discuss on special payment terms for some special orders.
Q: What are your general delivery terms?
A: EXW, FOB are the general terms we offer. CIF, FCA is less and less offered due to quick changes on freight in current unstable shipping market.
