Product Introduction
The RZHK6 and RHZK6.8 SCBA were designed for maritime fire-fighting. It is also suitable for providing respiratory protection in hazardous area, such as underground mining, fumigation etc. This self contained breathing apparatus holds approval of RINA/SOLAS/MED. Reliable in quality and competitive in price.
The RZHK6 and RHZK6.8 SCBA consist of back plate with harness, pressure reducer (pressure regular), high pressure hose, medium pressure hose, pressure gauge with alarming whistle (mechanical type and digital type with AUDIO AND VISUAL ALARM, demand valve, full face mask and a compressed air cylinder (alloy steel or carbon fiber composite material cylinder).
Thanks to the ergonomic design and the padded shoulders straps, easy adjustable belt, the SCBA's back plate provides a comfort carrying for the users.
The positive pressure inside the SCBA full face mask eliminates inward leakage of toxic gases, hazardous vapors and from the hazardous environment. The full face mask is also compatible with integrated explosion proof radio.
The pressure regulator (so called pressure reducer) is equipped with a safety valve, so to offer end user with maximum safety. An audible warning is placed in front of the left chest. The alarm whistle generates over 90 DB sound and can be heard under extreme noisy environment.

The Audio and Visual Alarm is to comply with the new requirement regarding visual and audible alarming function. This unit offers visual and audible warning signals at very easy way without need to change the design of the complete design, only need to replace the mechanical pressure gauge with the new digital one. A HUD (Head-Up-Display) in the full face mask can be connected wirelessly to the digital pressure gauge for more safe warning.

The light weight and compact air supply valve (demand valve), is made of fire retardant material.
d. Pressure regulator (Type:FZJ-1)
Whatever the change of air pressure in the gas cylinder and the user's breathing frequency, the pressure regulator provides a stable output pressured air flow. The black sealed cap guarantees the authorized maintenance of pressure regulator.

Steel cylinder is traditional cylinder used for SCBA, cost effective.
Composite cylinder is much lighter than steel cylinder and has working duration time while cost is a little higher.
Q: Are there any limitations on SCBA?
A: SCBA is designed to be used as respiratory protective devices, not for diving.
Q: What are security considerations when using SCBA?
A: When the whistle alarms, the user must evacuate from the toxic environment and enter the safety area, otherwise, it will cause life risk. The change of pressure gage must be focused during the working progress. When the cylinder pressure reaches at 5.5±0.5MPa, the whistle will start warning and won't stop until using up the rest air in the cylinder. Under the badly and emergency situations (such as injured or breathing difficult) or the user need extra air, open the mandatory air supply valve (press the "on" button), the breathing flow will increase to 450L/Min.
Q: What training is required to use SCBA?
A: Users must undergo specific training that includes:

A: SCBAs should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure that the air cylinder is maintained at the proper pressure and that the equipment is clean and ready for use.
Q: What are the payment terms of EMF Marine?
A: Normally T/T 100% in advance for small orders. T/T30% against order and balance before shipment for large orders. But we can discuss on special payment terms for some special orders.
