5.2.1.1 Flame retardant performance Damage length should not be greater than 100mm, afterburning time should not be greater than 2s, and there should be no melting and dripping.
5.2.1.2 Surface moisture resistance Water level should not be less than level 3.
5.2.1.3 Breaking strength Warp and weft dry breaking strength should not be less than 650N.
5.2.1.4 Tear strength Warp and weft tear strength should not be less than 100N.
5.2.1.5 Thermal stability After the 260℃±5℃ thermal stability test, the dimensional change rate along the warp and weft directions should not be greater than 10%, and there is no obvious change on the surface of the sample.
5.2.1.6 Unit area mass Unit area mass should be ±5% of the rated amount provided by the fabric supplier.
5.2.1.7 Color fastness Washing staining should not be less than level 3, and water friction resistance should not be less than level 3.
5.2.2 Waterproof and breathable layer
5.2.2.1 Hydrostatic pressure resistance Hydrostatic pressure resistance should not be less than 17Kpa.
5.2.2.2 Water vapor permeability Water vapor permeability should not be less than 5000g/(m2?24h).
5.2.2.3 Thermal stability After the 180℃±5℃ thermal stability test, the dimensional change rate along the warp and weft directions should not be greater than 5%, and there should be no obvious change on the surface of the sample.
5.2.3 Insulation layer
5.2.3.1 Flame retardant performance Damage length should not be greater than 100mm, afterburning time should not be greater than 2s, and there should be no melting or dripping.
5.2.4 The performance of the comfort layer should not have melting or dripping.
5.3 Overall protection performance
The thermal protection capacity TPP value should not be less than 28cal/cm2.
5.4 Stitch density
The sewing lines of each part should be straight, neat, flat, firm, and of appropriate tightness. The light and dark lines should not be less than 12 stitches per 3cm, and the overlock lines should not be less than nine stitches per 3cm.
5.5 Color difference
The collar and front body, sleeves and front body, pockets and front body, left and right front bodies of the protective clothing should not be less than level 4, and other surface parts should not be less than level 4.
5.6 Seam breaking strength
The breaking strength of the outer seam of the protective clothing should not be less than 650N.
