5.7.2 Heat resistance: Under the condition of 260℃±5℃. After 5min of testing, the reflective material surface should not be carbonized or fall off. Its retroreflective coefficient should not be less than 70% of the value specified in Table 2.
5.7.3 Flame retardant performance: The continuous burning time should not be greater than 2s, and there should be no melting or dripping.
5.7.4 Washing resistance: After washing 25 times, there should be no damage, falling off or discoloration.
5.7.5 High and low temperature performance: After high and low temperature tests, the reflective marking tape should not be broken, wrinkled or twisted.
5.8 High temperature resistance of hardware: After high temperature test, the sample should maintain its original function.
5.9 High temperature resistance of sewing thread: After high temperature test, the sample should not be melted or scorched.
5.10 Weight: The weight of the whole set of clothing should not be greater than 3.5kg.
5.11 Appearance quality
(a) All parts are ironed flat, neat, without yellowing, water stains, or gloss; b) The collar is flat and not curled; c) Symmetrical parts are basically consistent; d) The adhesive interlining is not allowed to be debonded or have surface glue seepage; e) The label is in the correct position, and the size mark is accurate and clear.
