A: We have our own production factory Kunshan EMF Marine Production Co., Ltd. But we don't produce SCBA. We are dealers of a few famous brand SCBA made in China, such as Fangzhan, Huayan, Jiangbo (made by Dongtai Jianghai), YEAN (made by Dongtai City Dongfang Marine), Rongsheng etc. All self contained breathing apparatus we supply are chosen to be stable in quality, MED approved and are fully tested before and after final assembling.

A: We offer MED B and D approval by DNV or RINA as per Directive 2014/90/EU on marine equipment (MED).

A: This can only be talked on email. We do have our experience on different brands of SCBAs made in China. We may recommend you the SCBA according to your specific requirement.

A: Our cooperated business partner strictly complies with the ISO9001 process to control the quality and provide quality warranty for 12 months.

A: Normally 3 to 4 weeks lead time. Lead time can be shorter in urgent cases.

A: Our SCBA is packed in specially designed sturdy plastic carrying case with binding tapes fixed, ensuring the SCBA a safe transportation to other counries.

A: We have SCBA with 2 kinds of pressure gauges (mechanical and digital type). For each type, there are 2 kinds of cylinders available, steel or carbon fiber composite cylinder. So we have 4 types of SCBA to offer.
Steel cylinder is traditional cylinder used for SCBA, cost effective.
Composite cylinder is much lighter than steel cylinder and has working duration time while cost is a little higher.

A: SCBA is designed to be used as respiratory protective devices, not for diving.

A: When the whistle alarms, the user must evacuate from the toxic environment and enter the safety area, otherwise, it will cause life risk. The change of pressure gage must be focused during the working progress. When the cylinder pressure reaches at 5.5±0.5MPa, the whistle will start warning and won't stop until using up the rest air in the cylinder. Under the badly and emergency situations (such as injured or breathing difficult) or the user need extra air, open the mandatory air supply valve (press the "on" button), the breathing flow will increase to 450L/Min.

A: 15years but annual inspection is demanded as per national rules.
Hydrostatic testing cycle of the cylinder: 3 years.
Cylinder service life: 15 years.

A: EEBD is only used as a device for escape, not available for Daily work nor Fire and rescue.
EEBD is respiratory equipment for emergency escape from hazardous areas while SCBA can be used for breathing apparatus working in the hazardous area.

A: Normally T/T 100% in advance for small orders. T/T30% against order and balance before shipment for large orders. But we can discuss on special payment terms for some special orders.

A: EXW, FOB are the general terms we offer. CIF, FCA is less and less offered due to quick changes on freight in current unstable shipping market.
