Product Introduction
The Encapsulated Lifebuoy Floating Line Holder, contains 30m of floating rope and is therefore suitable for use with the SOLAS/MED approved Lifebuoy.
The plastic dispenser is conveniently stored across the inside of a Life Ring Buoy with the line attached.
To activate, you grasp the dispenser by the handle and pull it out from the centre of the Lifebuoy and hold on to the handle of the line holder and throw the Lifebuoy. The floating line will automatically dispense from the holder.
Full activation instructions are printed on the front of the Line Holder.

Product feature and application
The lifeline can float on water when put into the water, the bright orange color easy for lifesaving.
Rope Material: high-strength polyethylene with UV protection.
Compare with normal polypropylene, the rope are non-absorbent, high tensile strength, can be floating, anti-aging, anti-corrosion.

A: At least one lifebuoy on each side of the ship shall be fitted with a buoyant lifeline, the length of which should be more than twice the height from its stowage position to the waterline when the ship is in ballast condition (or 30 metres whichever is the greater).
