1. Check the cylinder pressure and make sure that the cylinder is well fixed on the backboard; 2. Open the cylinder valve and make sure that the pressure gauge pointer on the chest is within the green grid; 3. Check whether there is any leakage in the respirator as a whole and make sure that the siren can alarm normally; 4. Carefully check whether the demand valve and bypass valve are working properly; 5. Check the mask assembly to make sure that the mask is intact and has no leakage; 6. Take out the respirator, put both arms into the left and right straps respectively, and place the backboard on the back; 7. Pull the strap in front of you forward, and use the shoulder movement to adjust the strap until it can be close and stable to the back. The strap should not be adjusted too tight, and the weight should be borne by the back; 8. Buckle the belt and tighten it to a comfortable level Adjust the straps again until they are properly distributed on the back;
9. Open the air bottle and let the air fill the entire respiratory system;
10. Wear the mask and adjust the headband so that the mask is completely attached to the face;
11. Take out the supply valve from the waist holder and insert it into the air breathing mechanism on the mask. You will hear a "click" sound, indicating that the connection is in place;
12. Take a quick and deep breath to start opening the breathing valve, and breathe repeatedly several times to determine the air flow;
13. Work safely and effectively in various environments such as toxic gas, thick smoke, and hypoxia;
14. When the pressure of the gas cylinder drops to 5-6MPa, the siren will automatically alarm. You should evacuate to a safe area as soon as possible to replace the air cylinder before you can work again.
