1. When using an air respirator, if you suddenly feel that the airflow is not smooth, you should turn the bypass valve counterclockwise in time to increase the air flow, retreat to a safe area, remove the air respirator, and conduct a comprehensive inspection;
2. If the air inhalation action fails during the use of the air respirator, you should press the black manual switch button, open the air path and retreat to a safe area for inspection;
3. When the pressure drops to the alarm point during use, the alarm will automatically turn on. You should evacuate the work site, retreat to a safe area, and replace a new air cylinder before continuing to work;
4. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the air respirator privately. The damaged parts should be notified to the responsible department to appoint qualified personnel to repair;
5. It is strictly forbidden to refill expired and overdue air cylinders, and modified air cylinders must not be used;
6. Regular inspection every three years;
7. Gas cylinders are required to be scrapped after 15 years of use.
