The QD jet/spray nozzle is widely used for marine and offshore fire-fighting, assembled with a fire hose through coupling. This jet/spray nozzle is extremely suitable for marine environment with great functional and economical features. They should be used for firefighting only and not for washing the deck or other applications.

One nozzle fits all fire hose couplings. The obvious advantage of this QD jet spray nozzle is that the nozzles complied with different types of fire hose couplings by using various adaptors. For marine ship suppliers, you can now keep stocks of the universal size of fire hose nozzles only. When you have demand of different type of nozzles, you can simply assemble the fire hose set with the adaptors. By choosing this QD nozzles, you will undoubtedly reduce stock amount and space.
The dual purpose jet/spray water nozzles are easy to handle and made in robust design to withstand harsh environment onboard vessels. The branch pipe operates continuously from straight stream to spray jet by turning the rubber coated head of the jet spray nozzle.
QD series fire hose nozzles are easy to adjust continuously from shut off via a hollow straight stream to a spray jet between 0 and 120° b y turning the rubber coated head of the nozzle. They deliver a wide range of droplets. Large droplets and longer throw distances when the straight stream is selected. A fine spray jet with its centre directed forwards is produced by means of spray teeth with specially designed deflection surfaces.
